Can HAARP be used for military purposes? The answer given on HAARPS official website as of this writing says: “HAARP is not designed to be an operational system for military purposes. The HAARP facility will be used for basic and applied plasma physics and Radio Science research related to the study of the Earth’s ionosphere. Because the DoD (Department of Defense) operates numerous communication and navigation systems, there is obvious DoD interest in understanding the ionosphere’s effect on these systems.”
Not designed to be used for military purposes, “hmmm; is that a yes or a no?” The designer of HAARP - Dr. Bernard Eastlund on the other hand states that it was designed for defense purposes. Well if he says defense, I guess that really can’t be considered military.
For conspiracy theorists, HAARP is to blame for triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes, thunderstorms, earthquakes, etc… It is also believed to be a secret mass mind control experiment.
What is generating all of these conspiracy theories and concerns? Beside the newly nurtured post 9-11 mass mistrust of our government on top of all the mistrust issues Americans already had, HAARP has the capability of transmitting ELF waves. What makes ELF waves so special? Well waves themselves are very special as you’ll read later in this book. ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves those between 0-100 Hz (Hz stands for Hertz or waves per second) depending on who you ask are in the range of brain waves and are believed to have effect on the brain, body and the Earth itself.
Everything in the universe operates on wavelengths because it is believed that everything is made of waves. I don’t want to lose you here, but everything is made of electrons which are subatomic electrical waves which also make-up atoms, atoms make molecules, which make cells, etc… Even though they are not visible, simplified they look and act something like water waves. One real difference is the size which means the height of the wave, the length and the speed or how fast the wave is moving, which is called frequency. Everything in the Universe is made of waves and therefore operate on different frequencies.
The frequency of the Earth is 7.8 to 14 Hz as measured by NASA. The frequency of the human brain and its states vary but fall within the ELF ranges at around 8 Hz. The human body frequencies vary as well, but also fall into the ranges of ELF waves. The different states of the brain and body are ranges of mood, awareness, fatigue, anxiety, etc… These states have been proven to be affected by ELF waves. The same goes for the planet Earth. The late Dr. Rosalie Bertell Ph. D. Biometrics, Catholic University of America says: “The technology is out there and many nations can induce earthquakes. There has been an effort for 40 or 50 years to control all natural processes” (that would be 50 to 70 years as of this writing).
The U.S. was trying to do weather modification in Vietnam with projects Sky Fire and Storm Fury. She goes on to say that she believes that HAARP is being used to generate artificial Earthquakes using Earth penetrating ELF waves under the guise of deep Earth tomography.
Whether it’s a renewed paranoid hysteria not seen since WWII Nazism or an actual fact based legitimate concern, there is an overwhelming amount of information available on the web about population mind control (psychotronic) weapons. There are and have been thousands of voices echoing into an ever increasing harmonic chorus of warning. All of them are voicing similar messages talking about secret ops, black projects, studies and experiments.
Should we be concerned? Well, since we are the subjects directly or indirectly (for me it’s directly), that is up to each of us individually to gauge and exercise our own level of concern or reaction to it. Some like me have learned to live with it. I don’t like it, but what can one man do other than add another voice to the resonating warnings? Others can go off and become diagnosed as “paranoid schizophrenics,” activists, terrorists or Tea Party people. Others can ignore it completely, either because they choose to for whatever reason or because they really haven’t a clue. Some simply choose not to believe in anything that they themselves cannot feel as tangible to them personally, this is called “cognitive dissonance.” It is the total inability to accept any belief outside your own. No matter how much proof there is, these people will not see outside the box. I know some of these people. I already know the truth and the truth I don’t personally know I’ve come to find is usually based on some fact. The final category of people put themselves in harm’s way by becoming proactive intolerants looking to sabotage, expose or whistle blow.
