Surveillance State

If you are living in the US, you are always under ever watchful eyes! Many of us of course more than others. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing anything, wrong, it’s just the good ol’ American way. Admiration, jealousy, plotting, scheming, envy it’s all there - but mostly it’s just plain spying! Not spying as for the good of all mankind, more like a police state entitlement frame.

Up here in the Northeast US much of it is just plain American neighborly nosiness! Without being part of any sanctioned neighborhood watch or anything. With me of course I was drawing attention to myself with public musical performances. But in the northeast it’s a little more than just that; with this “see something – say something” thing happening everyone’s looking. And there’s always an excuse to look at others for what often isn’t there.  Keep in mind though that if you look and act the part to fit in, your crimes might never be noticed. Blending however usually means witnessing, participating as an accessory to or after the fact. Especially with people like me paying attention.

But with all this watching it’s not the same as surveillance which with us - is another method of mostly illegal law enforcement’s predictive or fabricative policing. Observing since I was young I believed it was curiosity. One could be nosy while the other is usually with malintent. I instinctively learned however that surveillance has a not so secret dual edge.

Think about this; the natural response to finding out you’re being attacked is to defend yourself. The method usually dictates the response. The ways in which you’re being attacked in many of these cases are often covert and subtle. If you’re watching to learn then you may react the same way. This behavior is often extremely difficult for most. Also like anything else might require a specialized assistance.  I realized this almost immediately in my situation and responded accordingly. Some other responses might be anger or resentment.  Mine however required a measured learning curve through years of patience. This is exactly what they’re doing right? Watching, waiting, scheming, planning, planting… There is usually an ulterior motive which culminates in an attack to your freedoms.

A bit of my intention with you guys is to lay down a little knowledge for the not so timid. Here in America you can stand up for your rights. I am a little different than most of you because I suspected I was under fed surveillance early on before I was being harassed by area law enforcement officers (LEOs). Now is there such a thing as reverse entrapment? I don’t know but there is such a thing as constitutional rights. Of course all the regular citizen accomplices were always involved but the LAW were the “tell.” One trick that was easy for me was to expose them by asking questions. And although this is straight forward many people find it intimidating when dealing with LEOs. You have to be clean and that means not having drugs, guns, drinking, etc...

Also I want you to know that any evidence presented by me was presented as it emerged. I never got caught with anything cause I don’t go out looking to break the law… I never went out looking for trouble either but I suspected people would go to prison if I was believed. Defending your rights is not illegal, just use the law without breaking it while doing it. One question which I already knew the answer was; “why was I being pulled over in my driveway do I resemble a suspect fleeing the scene of a crime?” In order to answer I knew they’d have to lie! But they would anyway “breaking the law” again by targeting me. With 4 to 6 cops always on scenes they tend never to all just go along when they’re under federal investigation. In my town they all turned on each other…

Yes everyone, this article seems relevant, timely and important. Dramatic – what am I writing about? Why do so many average people claim to have filed and gotten nowhere? The objective is to live a normal life like everyone else. I myself found that surveillance like anything else then is a two-way street. This is where that dual edge blade statement comes in. If they’re watching you, they can all see each other and what happens around you. I noticed a lot of weird stuff really young while writing songs in fact. Minor international exposure also exposes a lot of weird stuff. But I was just a normal person with a creative hobby. You know that if you’re outspoken and getting attention - it sometimes gets absurd. Some seemed to be paying noticeably too much attention. This for many of you can work in your favor to reinforce your claims if you pay close enough attention… It’s hard to get away with anything if everybody’s watching.

Did you ever read about CIA operative /cocaine smuggler Barry Seal or see the factually based movie “American Made?” Tom Cruise plays Seal and it ends with his being converged upon and arrested by the FBI, US Marshals, DEA, State Police, etc…. None of them knowing he was working with the government. How often do you suppose these types of scenarios occur? My guess of course would be all the time! The same thing was happening here in CT minus the criminality. It was LEO targeting using blown out of proportion false criminality to justify it. But with so many involved, they all turned on each other…

With the confidence of this tiny bit of foresight I had the ability to fight back. Knowledge and believing are everything, but you have to be right and in the right. Or rather right, believable and innocent of most of your alleged crimes.

The world is full of time and money wasting petty policing policies… Our jobs are not to be saints, it's to be normal citizens like everyone else. Most “real” TIs as far as I can tell are attempting to be treated normal. People use to notice with me that there seemed to be such a waste of resources on a regular person. We all have different lives and mine was just a struggling musician.

But we aren’t all the same or targeted by the same agencies for the same reasons. And why do I say agencies? That’s probably because of my reasoned deductions that these are mostly organized government influenced operations. I would guess that most of us don’t know why we’re targeted. One thing is true for all of us, and that’s the desire to fix it. Hey, and listen, you may be targeted by someone else not involved with the government at all. Regardless of any of it, figuring it out is up to us.
