Should I get a Lawyer? |

All these people in this photomontage above were protesting the 2020 election, most got in serious trouble and went to prison. And now strangely; while I’m writing it seems many have been pardoned. So, the big question if you’re being targeted; wait to be pardoned or get a lawyer? And no I don’t mean for compensation because you first have to file a complaint. Of course you may want to consult a lawyer for any legal advice doing all that and then later if you win. Do you have a case? I thought I had a simple case, wasn’t seeking damges and just wanted it to end! So I just filed myself using the FBI online forms in which I included all the required information plus contact. Then when I didn’t hear back after a couple weeks I made a follow-up call to the FBI office in DC. At that point, if you get through knowing all the legal speak will be important - including answering any questions. So there’s a method for filing without a lawyer but is that right for you though? For me it worked because I thought I knew how to write and to speak to federal law enforcement without making a fool of myself. This I suppose is where most people make their biggest mistakes: first believing they can speak the dialect then believing in the system’s fairness. The objective is to get your complaint heard and then responded to; speaking their language. So many of you have written about your own negative experiences but luckily with a grain of salt I filed anyway.
From my point of view I’v never gotten into any real trouble; meaning I’ve never been convicted of anything serious. Here in the US we get to have our day in court and the courts make the final determinations… Having lawyers in court with you when needed helps everyone stay in line like hanging judges. Here in New Haven, CT we had a hanging judge, I would be facing my lawyer called “Cleaver McKeever.” Defendents without lawyers would often find out why and but that’s the system we have… Other out of control judges acted out on defendents accordingly; to zipcodes, status, name, color, politics, etc… Like another lawer once told me when citing a case to him he said “you can cite all the cases you want and the judge is gonna do what he’s gonna do!” Once when I was younger, broke - going to plead guilty to a fine and ask for time to pay. The defendant right before me did exactly the same thing and the judge sent him directly to jail because he didn’t have the money on him. I then went before the judge and said I needed time to get a lawyer and he gave me an extention date. I paid a fine by mail and no jail…. So playing it by ear literally kept me out of jail that day. For cases like filing a criminal complaint you don’t necessarily have to worry so much about going to jail immediately but you do have to know the jargon. Reading many of you I know that you are a mix. Many of you do know how to talk, many of you don’t and many of you think you talk a good game. This is not a game though it’s the real deal, you need this taken seriously, investigated and stopped. It’s your life!!! Have all your homework done, paperwork or anything else ready cause it’s no time for fumbling… Having done it myself, most of what I write are ubiquitous expectations for everyone else to know the pertinence to themselves. I haven’t been bothered for around ten years or since I filed written and verbally with these guys myself. My honest opinion is many people can’t get it right because they’re in their own way using their own methods. Remember what I said about the law? It has to be their way using their methods and that’s by using their laws which btw, are everyone’s laws – by which they don’t always abide. You have to speak their way when you want them to believe the truth.
