I recently received an IM photo from a writer/filmmaker holding one of my books seeking advice for targeting. I told her, “I’m not a licensed lawyer” so I can only tell what I wrote; in my case which resulted in a lot of arrests. It was “Reverse Entrapment” which now I’ll tell you about here almost like a “Public Service Announcement” or a general warning for this community. Unlike what most people would think; It was done using US laws to mimick what they were doing to me. Involving federal law enforcement was required to use it without breaking it. I contacted the FBI in D.C. to file charges because I found out that corrupt law enforcement was ultimately behind all my targeting making it a federal crime. I said they were violating my constitutional rights while acting under the color of law (US Code Title 18 Section 241 and 242). Reasonably this is nothing you can do on your own beyond filing.
By using average people they insulate themselves – also with informers and plants for theatrics it all appeared loosely camouflaged. Disrupting my otherwise peaceable existence I was forced to muddy their waters by using real American laws. I’ve got to tell you, that although the clues are always visible I don’t think most people can see through the prepared storylines. These little operations they got going with their individual targets is all supposed to be stealthy. Peeled away however, there were no lone strangers or random unknown stalkers - just one big connected orchestration. I wasn’t looking for a story, but somehow one surrounded me. It got deep, but I decided to secretly use their tactics on them for my own story. Knowing they had me under illegal surveillance I did let it leak that I filed hoping they’d stop while knowing they wouldn’t. The best any of you could hope to do staying within the boundaries of legal limits is to stay credible. Maintaining a sensible story requires the ability to flow with an often unpredictable stream of events. Not always being in control means sometimes just playing along with an unrehearsed role.
From what I understood by reading others is that the feds are tough, dismissive and evil. They may be right, but luckily I don’t listen to any spiel cept what I need. I know you can’t fight the law so suggesting to corrupt locals that they should leave me alone was impossible. These types of city police are often designated intelligence units so being polite means not trying to outthink them. I never play along the niche grooved out for me though because I’m always off. I don’t play along with the story laid out for me that I didn’t write. When they’re wrong about someone like me ‘with all their resources’ be thankful it’s not you.
Even when I made them aware through their top secret undercover informers - I knew cause one of them told me. He said, “Do you think the feds are going to believe you over the police?” The enduring assumption is that “camaraderie overrides an oath, the law or truth.” The only way to fight the power imbalance is to file charges with an outside agency. Reverse Entrapment was not my plan, I filed hoping for justice through exposure which put everything into motion. The details of getting stung by the FBI ‘which is what happened’ - was all them. I heard about the stings in the CT, media just like everybody else. They knew police intelligence units were too smart for anything less. Beside my initial complaint any assist was happenstance or outside, minimal; seemingly unethical but completely legal. It was them doing the illegal stuff and they got caught.
However, this all does begin with getting someone who believes you to take action. When that happens, it’s them using their vast persuasive and investigative resources which only they have access. The tale of “good cops” catching the bad guys is like something you only read about or see in movies…
Do you know what it’s like having strangers sneakily watching everything you do? It looks just like what’s happening to some of you… The simplified version for the goody-goodies is like what happened around me. The FBI secretly began investigating using their covert tactics but having top level jurisdiction. They see everything that’s true and then they setup some elaborite stings here and there. Do raids where they have to and arrest who they have to with all the necessary authority. If you get the chance, make sure you paint your thorough untainted picture. This way you’ll stay free, remember eveything you say or do during an investigation is being watched. So act accordingly!
